As an HR Operations Supervisor at Koch in Katowice (Poland), you will lead a team of HR Operations Specialists who deliver exceptional support across the entire employee lifecycle (Hire to retire) for approximately 15,000 employees in EMEA. Your role is about inspiring your team, driving operational excellence, and creating a seamless HR experience that adds real value to our people and the business.

You will be part of a dynamic HR Operations team supporting employees across EMEA, working closely with HR Business Partners and regional stakeholders. We deliver consistent, high-quality HR services that make a real impact. How You Will Create Value

  • Champion and apply Principle Based Management, enabling employees to realize their potential and contribute meaningfully to Koch’s vision.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR services that drive business success and enhance the employee experience.
  • Empower team members to realize their potential by identifying their strengths, fostering their passions, and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities that support their self-actualization journey.
  • Assist in the development of meaningful operational metrics that provide insights into business performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead transformation by introducing innovative solutions and leveraging technology to continuously improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Ensure all HR transactions are processed efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and evolving statutory regulations, proactively implementing necessary updates to maintain the highest standards.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture where open feedback, continuous learning, and accountability are the norm.
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals and create long-term value.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that directly support business objectives, driving measurable value for the organization and its employees.
  • Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all HR activities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Fluent command of the Polish language
  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of HR Operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to learning and continuous improvement.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in a shared services environment.
  • Familiarity with case management and/or Human Capital Management systems.
  • Proficiency in German or Dutch language.
