We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist with a background in payroll processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, supporting employees with payroll-related queries, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes in cooperation with external payroll providers
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Support employees with payroll, tax, and benefits-related inquiries
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external auditors
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within HR Operations
Requirements:
- Minimum
2 years of experience in payroll field - Experience working with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Enova, Teta)
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and additional language – Italian, German or French.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
