Obowiązki
- managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner, ensuring clients are regularly updated on progress,
- ensuring all inquiries are accurately logged in the ticketing system,
- categorizing issues and assigning them to the appropriate Agent,
- taking ownership of client-reported issues and seeing them through to resolution,
- taking appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations,
- participating in client discussions regarding processes and procedures,
- handling incoming calls via the service line,
- meeting performance targets and adhering to SLA requirements.
Wymagania
- english language proficiency at B2 level or higher, and German at C1 level - both spoken and written,
- two years of experience in HR administration,
- strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing tools,
- excellent communication and analytical skills,
- minimum of a secondary education qualification,
- ability to anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues,
- capable of participating in client meetings and managing assigned tasks within set deadlines,
- strong attention to detail and awareness of GDPR-related aspects,
- effective time management skills - able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
