Currently, for one of our clients – an innovation leader in automation and digitalization, that delivers the world’s most comprehensive portfolio of electronic design automation software, hardware and services for newly created People & Organisation (P&O) EMEA Hub – we are looking for people to fill the hybrid position of: HR Operations Specialist with fluent German (m/f).
The P&O function provides global services for more than 25,000 employees. Due to ongoing growth and development, it`s new Hub in Katowice will support 20+ countries of the EMEA region in employee experience and people partnering processes.You will be responsible for:
- working closely with all employees in relation to employee experience activities – being first point of contact in all HR matters, handling the inquiries,
- establishing and sustaining productive working relationships within assigned areas, providing advice on a variety of employee topics and the creation / implementation of procedures as well as relevant employment legislation,
- taking care of employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, offboarding, everyday support,
- preparing employee documentation,
- enhancing employee engagement, e.g. preparing surveys and required measurements,
- developing the employee experience environment and framework: communication approaches, tools, best practice initiatives,
- reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience,
- transition of HR processes and team building activities.
Requirements: - university degree or equivalent experience,
- very good written and verbal practical knowledge of German language (B2+),
- very good written and verbal practical knowledge of English (a must, B2+),
- practical knowledge of MS Office,
- working experience within the HR environment in Shared Services structures, including transition activities, administration and process & tool setup (practical knowledge of Workday is a plus),
- excellent communication skills and open-mindedness,
- ability to build strong relationships with business partners at all levels,
- strong attention to detail and accuracy,
- experience in a multicultural environment.
