HR Operations Specialist / Manager

As a hands‑on role that combines HR process expertise with technology‑driven solutions and project management, you will be part of a lean, entrepreneurial team focused on driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and improving HR workflows and their integration with Oracle‑based systems.
• Partnering with HR leaders and IT teams to align end‑user needs with technical solutions.
• Driving continuous improvement in global HR operations and administrative processes.
• Ensuring Oracle deployment optimizes efficiency and user experience while supporting accurate data structures for analytics.
• Developing process maps, workflows, and business requirement documents for tech changes.
• Leading enterprise‑wide and local process improvement initiatives.
• Bringing best practices in HR operations, tools, and technology to the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HR platforms and modules.
• Six‑Sigma training or equivalent experience in large/global projects.
• Understanding of Design Thinking and customer‑centric systems design.
• Strong grasp of operational KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with M&A or integration projects is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across functions.
• Curiosity for new technologies and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
