Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local HR laws & regulations
- Responsible for all HR matters for a team in Central and Eastern Europe, including new employee onboarding, payroll, preparation of HR letters, training, and application of working visas.
- Employee Relations: provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage and update all employee information, including leave applications, reporting line changes, and changes of function, in HR system.
- Work closely with HR colleagues in Europe and China.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
- Excellent written and spoken command of Polish and English (at least C1). Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and travel in the CEE region.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
