Join us as HR Operations Specialist!
Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks in HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and others, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with applicable KPIs and metrics.
- Maintaining and updating the relevant HR systems (MyHR, Umantis and other in scope) to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations, and assist in audits or compliance-related activities as needed.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR operational processes & leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Generating HR reports to support decision-making and daily processing.
- Cooperating closely with HR business partners, HR Coordinators, payroll, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR operations.
- Maintaining and updating HR process documentation, guides, and desktop procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations; expertise in using HR information systems - preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- A proactive way of working and communicating - demonstrating accountability and ownership.
- Constant improvement mindset and tech-savviness to drive the positive changes.
- Team-player attitude, focus on collaboration and building relationships.
- Experience in working in high-complexity environment (processes and structures)
