HR Operations Lifecycle Specialist - EMEA - Poland

The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for any employee queries.
  • Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve any issues while building good and harmonious employee relations.
  • Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable HR local requirements for Poland and other Central/Eastern European regions.
  • Manage employment contracts including filing employee documents online and offline.
  • Help design new HR policies while making improvements and simplifications to existing HR processes and procedures.
  • Support employee lifecycle management processes such as onboarding, HR orientation for new hires, relocation, immigration support, termination, job status changes, personal data changes, internal transfers, leave management & benefit operations including relevant documentation and employee file management in accordance to local legislation.
  • Support and contribute to team initiatives focused on continuous improvement and optimisation of internal processes and projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant training/degree and experience within People Operations/Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience in process improvement, employee lifecycle experience (pre-onboarding through to offboarding) and HRIS administration (Workday experience).
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders effectively whilst delivering seamless operational support.
  • Excellent knowledge of Poland employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices, and preferably additional knowledge of other countries.
  • Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding) and providing end to end HR solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in process optimisation and digitisation.
  • Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.

Job Information

The base monthly pay range for this position in the selected city is 7600 PLN to 11334 PLN. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
