Responsibilities:
Timely and efficient handling of requests related to HR processes
Accurate logging of employee and client inquiries in the ticketing system
Independently resolving reported issues and maintaining ongoing communication with clients
Performing follow-up actions in case of ticket escalations
Participating in client meetings regarding HR processes and their optimization
Answering incoming calls on the service helpline and providing first-level support
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and German (C1) - both written and spoken
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or payroll and personnel administration
Secondary education required; a university degree will be considered an advantage
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and independently resolve issues
Willingness to participate in client meetings and consistently meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and good understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good command of MS Excel and Word
Well-developed communication and analytical skills
