HR Manager with German

Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR team to support approximately 120 employees at the site
• Responsible for the HR area of international sites
• Responsible for the full range of HR activities
• Development of new strategies in the areas of remuneration, personnel development and personnel marketing
• Drafting and negotiation of company agreements
• Participation in and partly independent management of national and international HR projects to implement HR strategy and policies
• Advising and supporting employees and managers on all HR, labour law and collective bargaining issue
• Implementing restructuring measures 

• Experience in working as HR Manager
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Management experience (leading a team)
• Knowledge of HR management processes and project management skills
• Experience in actively supporting change management processes
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Very good knowledge of industrial relations and labour law
• Communication and negotiation skills
  
  

• Experience of working with works councils
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology or Business Administration

• Working from Monday to Friday
