Overview
YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People & Culture partner to the business, you will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions in Poznań, in close collaboration with the hiring managers. Coordinate and ensure a seamless onboarding for new employees.
- HR Operations: Day-to-day HR administration, managing contracts, ensuring accuracy in HR systems and employee data, and providing accurate data and reports as needed. Support the finance team and external payroll provider. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Employee Relations & Manager Support: Answer employee questions and resolve HR tickets. Support managers on everyday HR topics (policies, improvements, and employee relations cases). Administer compensation and benefits, and work with local benefit providers. Collaborate with the HR team on pay reviews and benefits alignment.
- Training & Development: Coordinate trainings and ensure participation tracking. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs.
What you need to embark
Were looking for a hands-on and pragmatic HR professional with a good understanding of Polish labor law and the ability to communicate effectively, stay organised and calm, and work proactively to solve problems in a fast-paced operational environment. In addition to being professionally fluent in Polish and English, the right person has:
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager role, ideally in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication skills and professional fluency in Polish and English.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions or similar.
- Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Solid experience in HR operations, including contracts, payroll input, employee documentation, and HR systems.
- Demonstrated ability to support and coach managers on day-to-day people matters.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data; able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
