What Youll Do

We have an immediate opening for an HR Manager in our People Strategy & Unlocking Potential Team. You will support and manage strategic projects for the Central Europe Consulting Team, working closely with the CE Consulting Team Executive People Director and the People Chair. Your responsibilities include building the People Agenda for Central Europe, handling employer value proposition (EVP), structural HR, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, and leading projects from conception to implementation. You will research, analyze data, translate insights into actionable concepts, create communication materials, and collaborate with HR leadership, other HR departments, and global colleagues.

  • You have a broad interest in people topics and can dive deeply into different areas while independently developing new concepts.
  • You have a good analytical mind and a firm grasp of numbers and data.
  • You bring experience in project management and a pragmatic, results‑driven mindset.
  • You possess strong language and communication skills, enabling you to interact with contacts at an equal level and feel for nuance.
  • You are highly motivated, service‑ready, and used to working independently, precisely, and autonomously. Your work quality is consistently high and professional.
  • You are flexible, dependable, and remain calm even in difficult situations.
  • You hold a strong sense of responsibility and absolute integrity.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree from a (technical) college or university, ideally in HR management.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a comparable role at a dynamic, service‑oriented company.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
