About Our Client

The company is a gastronomy and entertainment operator, searching for an experienced HR Manager with HORECA background - Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Catering areas to build new structure and HR strategy for one of the biggest HoReCa Investment in Katowice.

Job Description

• Comprehensive management of recruitment projects.
• Conducting the adaptation of new employees.
• Supporting employees in HR matters.
• Maintaining constant communication with Management to ensure effective development of the organisation.
• Supporting management in developing positive team relations.
• Preparing HR documents, including drafting and recording documentation related to the conclusion and termination of contracts.
• Controlling the use of leave, the validity of medical examinations, health and safety training and others required by labour legislation.

The Successful Applicant

• Significant experience in recruitment and HR within HORECA background - Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Catering areas
• Experience in managing recruitment projects independently and effectively (min. 3 years).
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely.
• Experience in preparing HR documents, including drafting and managing documentation for contract conclusions and terminations.
• Experience in building HR teams.
• Experience in outsourcing and division of HR and recruitment projects.
• Effective management and drafting of HR policies and strategies.
• Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships - examples of cooperations with management.
• Experience in opening of hotels, event spaces, chain of restaurants will be a great plus.
