About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute the human resources strategy across several manufacturing sites – both in Poland and abroad. This position plays a key role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening people processes, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a complex, multi-country environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operational HR, European labor relations, talent development, and HR process design – paired with strong business partnering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategy across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead organizational development, succession planning, and capability‑building initiatives.
- Manage industrial and employee relations, including unions, negotiations, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with European labor laws and all statutory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and retention for skilled, engineering, and leadership roles; support employer branding.
- Implement performance management processes and oversee training needs, development plans, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor key HR metrics, ensure HRIS data accuracy, and support regional HR projects.
- Lead and develop HR teams across countries, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compensation analysis, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
- Strong background in working within matrix organizations and multicultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and union environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on operational execution.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Fluent in Polish and English; German is highly desirable.
- Openness to business trips – in Poland and to Germany.
