Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for people to fill the position HR Manager (m/f).Your tasks:

  • develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy,
  • lead and manage the HR team to ensure high performance and effective HR service delivery,
  • advise and support senior management on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies,
  • oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent,
  • develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization,
  • manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning,
  • foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner,
  • implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as addressing any legal issues that arise,
  • design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support the company’s objectives,
  • conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the labor market,
  • develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,
  • promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization,
  • oversee HR metrics and analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making,
  • ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation,
  • manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
Our requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
  • minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,
  • proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success,
  • strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations,
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion,
  • proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
