As BrainRocket continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to join our office in Warsaw, Poland, and support our expanding operations. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a motivated HR team in a fast-paced, international environment.
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and take shared ownership of HR operations in our Warsaw office. As part of a motivated and collaborative HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our people strategy, managing recruitment, employee engagement, and fostering a thriving workplace culture. You will work closely with the local leadership and global HR to implement initiatives that align with BrainRocket’s business goals and values.
Support recruitment efforts in Warsaw by ensuring a seamless pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, promoting well-being, and developing initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback, evaluations, and growth plans.
Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Assist with payroll, benefits, and compensation management in coordination with our finance and global HR teams.
Identify learning and development needs, and coordinate relevant training and career growth initiatives.
Organize team-building activities and internal events to strengthen team collaboration and morale.
Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with legal and company standards.
4+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-growing or international company.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Solid understanding of Polish labor law, HR practices, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and people-first mindset.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; capable of balancing operational tasks with long-term planning.
Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable using HR systems and digital tools to optimize HR processes.
