HR Manager

We39re looking for an experienced HR Manager who will join our client – a production company located in Poznan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Respond to HR queries from employees and external contacts
- Regularly review and update HR records, documentation and correspondence within the e-fling system (e.g. personnel files, employment contracts, health records, job descriptions, recruitment procedures, training and development).
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws.
- Provide guidance and support to board of directors, managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the FMCG, retail, consumer goods industry.
- Experience in creating HR processes from scratch – procedures, KPI’s.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English (reporting to an English-speaking HR Director).
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for business.
