ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Assisting legal, accounting, and administrative teams in setting up a NEW factory
• Managing recruitment, selection, and hiring processes
• Supporting management in HR matters and policy implementation
• Organizing and supervising onboarding for new employees
• Supporting Korean employees with visas, work permits, housing, and relocation assistance
• Assisting legal, accounting, and administrative teams in setting up and running the factory

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an HR managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or international environment
• Languages: Fluency in Polish and English B1/B2 (Korean language skills are a plus)
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Polish labor law, HR best practices, and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
