  • * HR business partnering to ensure all EW HR standards and procedures are executed flawlessly in the assigned Region
  • *Working with SBP on further streamlining of HR processes, minimizing manual work and how to increase effectivity in the assigned Region and across Regions
  • *Responsible for delivering HR KPIs in the assigned Region
  • *Ensure implementation of policies and methodologies developed by HR COEs to be fully implemented in the assigned Region, highlighting:
  • - Organization development – responsible that HR strategy is linked to the business strategy for each department (FTE plan, organization structure and its development etc.) in cooperation and Reward Team and PMI Team
  • - In cooperation with managers evaluate, plan and set organization changes, provide advice on change management
  • - Provide personalised advice to manage organization changes in accordance with valid labor legislation
  • - Provide consultancy to managers on job descriptions and setting proper salary
  • - Process organization changes and ensure exiting employees in line with EW standards
  • - Role modelling EW values and bringing expected behavior to live, coaching manager in the assigned - Region to demonstrate it in their daily operations (when participating at team meetings etc.)
  • - Change agent, driving transformation and change in the assigned units/Region
  • - In cooperation with Talent team ensure proper leadership development for senior and line management level
  • - Training for managers regarding changes/updates regarding HR systems, team member is ensuring business is using and has relevant knowledge about HR systems
  • - Team member in implementation of HR projects such as – Engagement survey, Inclusion & Diversity projects etc.
  • - Coordinate and train on the Performance Management cycle as per Performance and PMI team calendar
  • - Facilitating calibrations, coordinating the evaluation process, challenge the annual ratings for assigned BU
  • - Support managers to develop right career path and talent pipeline
  • - Close cooperation with Talent team on ensuring hiring the right candidates, creating talent pipeline, participation in the final rounds of interviews as per agreement
  • - Provide support and advice on handling personal and employee complaints including Compliance agenda
  • - Ensure all standards required by internal audit
  • - Provide regular and adhoc reports for assigned Region in line with the Company needs
  • - Support improvement of internal climate and atmosphere in the assigned Region
  • - Other activities as per defined capability catalogue

Our requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years experience in HR preferably in generalistic (not specialized) role
  • Experience with change management and driving transformation of an advantage
  • University degree
  • Advanced PC skills
