Are you experienced in the HR industry with the desire to develop in an independent role?
We are looking for aversatileprofessional with generalist experience in Human Resources and solid knowledge ofHealth & Safety (H&S) to lead the HR function in a growing company. This person will be responsible for managing all HR-related processes independently.
Workplace location: Kutno.
What we expect
- Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Knowledge of labor legislation and H&S
- Good level of English, both spoken and written
- Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable person

Your tasks
- HR management: recruitment, hiring, training, development, and workplace climate.
- Coordination with external advisors: labor, H&S
- Oversight of personnel administration: contracts, payroll, social security
- Implementation of H&S policies and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Support to management on labor and organizational matters.
- Document managementand regulatory compliance.
