Job Description
- Collaborates with the Management Board in developing and implementing the companys HR strategy.
- Ensures alignment of HR processes with the companys business objectives.
- Supports the achievement of key operational and development goals.
- Manages and supervises a team.
- Improves and streamlines HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Ensures accuracy, compliance, and completeness of HR documentation, contracts, and internal regulations.
- Identifies opportunities for automation and digitalisation of HR processes and implements appropriate IT tools.
- Designs and implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Promotes company values and a culture based on collaboration and continuous development.
- Supports effective internal communication within the organization.
- Develops analytical tools that support human capital management.
- Implements and optimises HR systems (HRM, ATS) and ensures effective reporting of HR KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in the retail sector or within a dispersed organisational structure.
- Excellent knowledge of labour law and HR/payroll processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, motivation).
- Familiarity with modern HR technologies (ATS, HRM systems, HR analytics tools).
- Ability to connect business strategy with operational HR activities.
- Proactive approach and initiative in proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively implement organisational change.
