About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute the human resources strategy across several manufacturing sites - both in Poland and abroad.
This position plays a key role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening people processes, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a complex, multi-country environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operational HR, European labor relations, talent development, and HR process design - paired with strong business partnering capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HR strategy across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Lead organizational development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Manage industrial and employee relations, including unions, negotiations, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with European labor laws and all statutory requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention for skilled, engineering, and leadership roles; support employer branding.
  • Implement performance management processes and oversee training needs, development plans, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, ensure HRIS data accuracy, and support regional HR projects.
  • Lead and develop HR teams across countries, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee compensation analysis, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
  • Strong background in working within matrix organizations and multicultural teams.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and union environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; German is highly desirable.
  • Openness to business trips - within Poland and to Germany.
