HR Manager – Manufacturing Plant
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in manufacturing recruitment to join our team in Poznań. This is a unique opportunity to build HR structures from the ground up in a brand-new production site.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement recruitment strategies during the plant construction and machinery setup phase
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, and candidate selection
- Ensure compliance with labor law and HR policies
- Oversee employment processes, payroll, benefits, and allowances
- Support and develop a positive workplace culture
- Act as a trusted partner to employees: conflict resolution, development advice, and HR support
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in team management (HR, payroll, recruitment, or talent development) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (C1)
