For our new established center Miele Global Services we are looking for Candidates who can join Miele Family. On this position:
Duties:
- support in the HR area for the continuous improvement and the operation of the HR strategic applications (Workday, SAP HCM);
- monitoring and maintenance of global systems and troubleshooting;
- 1st and 2nd level support for interfaces, connection to SAP environments, customisation and further development of operational HR reporting;
- realisation of authorisation and deletion concepts as well as coordination and documentation of IT test activities,
- participation in Workday implementation.
We expect:
- experience in working with SAP HCM, Workday or other HRIS software (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM);
- very good level of English language;
- practical experience in the design, configuration and further development of HR IT systems;
- good MS-Office skills;
- good communication skills;
- team player able to work in cross cultural matrix team (part in Germany, part in Poland);
- willingness to travel to Germany (twice per year for 2 days + one week during the onboarding)
- flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
- ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
