ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support the build-up of the new Finance SSC,
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for finance roles,
- Manage the onboarding process: contracts, documents, HR systems, introductions, and integration,
- Coordinate structured offboarding processes,
- Maintain HR documentation and prepare reports,
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Administration, and HQ HR to ensure smooth HR operations,
- Ensure compliance of all HR activities with Polish and EU labor law as well as GDPR.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in international structures,
- Experience in large-scale recruitment or building teams from scratch,
- Fluent English and Chinese - mandatory; Polish is a strong advantage,
- Solid knowledge of the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and HR compliance topics,
- Practical knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR) and MS Office,
- Proactive attitude, goal orientation, flexibility, and efficiency in a dynamic environment,
- Experience in SSC/finance industry will be an additional asset.
