The HR Generalist role will play a key role in supporting HR operation processes at Haleon in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders across all functions located in Poland (Warsaw and Poznań). You will act as a key expert in the field of local HR legislation. You will be joining an organization that is in a very dynamic moment and you will have a real impact on HR processes.

In this role, you will provide and ensure high quality standardized HR interventions and support related to employee relations, labor law, performance management, compensation, benefits, mobility & immigration, and other people-related projects and topics.

This is a temporary assignment for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support line managers at the country level in delivering key standardized HR activities, coach and develop line managers in HR procedures, processes, employee selection and ways of working.
  2. Advise managers and employees on complex HR management issues.
  3. Participate in initiatives and programs developed by HR People Services, Payroll, Recruiting, Rewards, Global Mobility, Benefits, etc. and ensure their implementation either individually or in partnership, including building local HR knowledge and capabilities.
  4. Participate in projects according to the assigned role. Act in accordance with applicable external and internal regulations.
  5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors within the agreed upon scope of work.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Minimum 3 years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines (HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll is preferred).
  2. Bachelors degree, preferably in HR, Law, Administration.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Polish labor law (a must).
  4. Experience of working in a complex international organization (cross-functional organizational structure, HR SSCs cooperation) especially in HR Operations area.
  5. Experience with internal/external regulatory & labor relations works councils, unions, labor authorities.
  6. Effective presentation and communication skills, fluency in Polish and English.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally (People Services, Talent Acquisition).
  8. Analytical skills, solution orientation, and focus on process simplification.
