ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation, welcome communications, and training schedules.
- Workday Administration: Maintain and update employee information in Workday, process employee moves, and create requisitions.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, research, and maintaining organized HR files.
- Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries through the Workday Help Desk, providing advice and support to employees on HR matters.
- Compliance and Audits: Assist with compliance and audit requests.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects as needed.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, especially for a UK company
- Familiarity with UK HR environment is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior Workday experience is a plus.
