For our client, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Generalist. If you have experience in soft HR processes, enjoy labor law, and are fluent in both English and Polish – apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Consulting on appropriate and practical solutions regarding human resource management, employee relations, organization and working time, labor law, contracts, and other tools to ensure the achievement of business goals;
• Independent and comprehensive execution of HR processes and projects;
• Planning and coordinating recruitment processes according to organizational needs;
• Coordination of the annual evaluation process;
• Assessing training needs and implementing training policies; creating succession plans and managing talent;
• Monitoring key HR indicators and recommending actions;
• Coordinating the compensation process in line with the company’s pay policy;
• Creating regulations and procedures in response to company needs;
• Preparing studies, forecasts, and cyclical reports, presenting conclusions, and recommending corrective and developmental actions.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Human Resource Management or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience working in a personnel department in a similar position;
• Very good command of English and Polish – a mandatory requirement;
• Knowledge of human resource management and practical knowledge of HR tools;
• Knowledge of labor law.
