Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience. This role combines local HR administration, onboarding, employee support, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts and manage employee documentation in line with Polish Labor law
- Coordinate payroll processes with ADP, including data collection, verification, and monthly changes
- Coordinate pre-employment and periodic medical examinations (medycyna pracy)
- Administer employee benefits (private medical care, Multisport, company cars, mobile phones)
- Organize onboarding processes (IT equipment, access, workplace setup)
- Maintain personnel files, HR documentation, and internal procedures
- Support recruitment processes and candidate communication
- Organize mandatory H&S (BHP) training, internal meetings, and company events
- Support internal communication and resolve employee-related issues
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role in Poland
- Practical experience with payroll coordination, preferably with ADP
- Good knowledge of Polish Labor law and HR administration processes
- Experience working with external payroll providers
- Experience working with international companies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
