What we expect

• a degree in either HR, management or a business-related field
• previous experience in the HR field
• knowledge of employment labour law to ensure HR department confirms to these
• the ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently
• excellent planning and organizational skills
• good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business
• understanding of various HR software systems
• proactivity and flexibility attitude

Your tasks

• prepare, maintain and update employee records
• prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, regulations, employment contracts and recruitment guides
• review and renew company policies and legal compliance
• manage benefits
• report regularly on HR KPIs
• act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries
• assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, holiday and sick days taken
• support employer branding activities
• onboard of new hires and exit management
• support recruitment activities
• assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary
