For our client, an international company in the financial industry, which is opening a new branch in Wrocław, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Generalist. If you have experience in HR, both in recruitment and payroll, dont hesitate to apply! You will have a real impact on shaping the branchs structure from the very beginning.
What we expect
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong generalist HR experience in a commercial HR Department, with proficiency in labour law, payroll tax regulations, benefits and HR best practice
- Fluent business level English (written and spoken)
- Experience working payroll systems and/or working with payroll outsourcing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence people at all levels
- Knowledge of legal provisions regarding the settlement of business trips and foreign delegations
- Experience working autonomously with strong decisio making skills
- Creative, flexible, with a proactive approach to problem solving
