For our client, a global company in the SSC sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Generalist.
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. This role includes end-to-end HR processes such as payroll, employment administration, recruitment, training, and compensation & benefits management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support (i.e. payroll and employment agreements)
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate and organize Talent Management initiatives, including planning and overseeing employee training programs
- Coordinate employee welfare and engagement programs
Requirements
- Min 3 years in HR Generalist/HR Admin role with strong knowledge in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations & Law, supported Recruitment & Onboarding process
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivator with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment including learning new processes and systems
- Handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, pro-active, dynamic and takes initiative
- Knowledge in MS Office, HRMs and Payroll Systems is a must
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
