DEBS is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind process transformation: optimisation, standardisation, and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

Position Summary

We are looking for a new colleague to be part of our EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE). As an HR Expert, you will lead a variety of human resource projects and provide advice in the areas of employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement and appreciation, and, if required, EMEA Intranet structure & content management on an international level. You will be the EMEA HR Process Owner, accountable for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving key HR processes to ensure they meet organisational goals, comply with standards, and deliver consistent end‑to‑end results across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the EMEA recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Revive and harmonise our employer branding strategy in EMEA to ensure consistency and prevent fragmented local initiatives.
  • Drive targeted strategies for growth areas identified in the company’s strategic plan to attract niche profiles.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop or adapt brand image and recruitment materials from an EMEA perspective.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement improvements to attract top talent.
  • Lead EMEA‑wide initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and appreciation programmes, including the EMEA Award and Young Potential Programme in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to follow up on pilot projects and investment plans identified in the company’s strategic plan.
  • Roll out an EMEA approach for engagement surveys. Track engagement levels and survey results, define KPIs, and ensure alignment on tools like CultureAmp.
  • Track engagement KPIs and report progress to leadership.
  • Oversee content strategy and updates for the EMEA Intranet platform to ensure relevance and accessibility.
  • Support and manage updates or improvements to the EMEA intranet platform.

Required Profile

Education & Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
  • Monitoring trends and advancements in the HR field to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience

  • Proven experience as HR consultant, HR advisor and change agent in project management.
  • Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to strategise and formulate business plans.
  • An analytical mind with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to lead transformation projects with a flexible mindset and a “we can do attitude”.
  • Self‑starter, autonomous, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT to enable a data‑driven approach.
