HR Expert - Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

We are looking for a new colleague to be part of our EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE) to lead human resource projects and advise in employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement and intranet management.
Location: Warsaw, Poland with occasional travel to other European premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the EMEA recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, reviving and harmonizing employer branding strategy, driving targeted strategies to attract niche profiles and monitoring recruitment KPIs.
- Lead EMEA-wide initiatives for employee engagement and appreciation programmes, partner with stakeholders on pilot projects, roll out engagement survey approach and track engagement KPIs.
- Oversee content strategy and updates for the EMEA Intranet platform and support its improvement.
Required Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices; solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
- Proven experience as HR consultant, advisor and change agent in project management, in international corporate settings and in a matrix organization.
- Excellent command of English, strong change management skills, self‑starter, computer savvy with HR IT knowledge.
