Provide Level 2 support to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR tools
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires
Manage leave of absence processes and serve as the main contact
Oversee residency and visa compliance for foreign employees
Support offboarding and conduct exit interviews
Support organizational transitions - including documentation, tracking tools, employee files
Monitor labor law developments and recommend process updates
Support HR project rollouts and implementations
Identify and drive process improvements
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
3-5 years of HR generalist experience
Solid understanding of Polish labor law
Fluent in Polish and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, diplomatic, customer-focused
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Relationship-oriented and effective in multicultural, cross-functional teams
Independent, well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
