Your role
- Preparation of employee documents including all types of contracts, annexes, authorizations, assignment of duties, etc.
- Preparing analyses, reports and presentations for local and central needs
- Administrative tasks, including monitoring the validity of employee contracts, health and safety training and medical examinations
- Employee onboarding and off‑boarding
- Employee benefits management
- Providing necessary information and responding to employee enquiries on HRnet
- Ensuring the quality of data in HR systems and applications
- Supporting managers in HR‑related activities and projects
Your profile
- Previous hands‑on experience, preferably from a Shared Service Center environment
- Fluent German and English communication skills are required
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, solve problems and collaborate across departments
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday would be advantageous, as would a customer‑oriented service mentality
- Hybrid work model (40% mandatory on‑site presence) and flexible start times
