HR Director – Ukraine (Kyiv/Lviv)

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities and legal requirements.
- Ensure HR policies, tools, and procedures are compliant, up-to-date, and effectively implemented.
- Oversee payroll administration, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure proper governance and control of HR documentation and employee records.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent in the region.
- Design and deliver training programs that strengthen skills and support organizational growth.
- Coach managers in communication, recognition, and ethical employee relations, while supporting conflict resolution.
- Lead and inspire the HR team, fostering accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Act as a role model of company values, embedding them into everyday practices and culture.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
- 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven background in international corporate environments.
- Strong leadership skills: vision, engagement, talent development, adaptability.
- Expertise in local employment law, compensation, recruitment, training, employee relations, safety and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRIS systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Ukrainian and English (both spoken and written).
- Exceptional organizational and change‑management skills.
- Experience in fast‑moving consumer industries (FMCG, retail, consumer goods, logistics, supply chain, or pharmaceuticals) is strongly preferred.
