Human Resource Director will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the SigmaRoc and Nordkalk strategy
Managing of all HR processes for 2 companies
Effective Planning and executing HR strategies and projects
Close Cooperation with business leaders and employees concerning HR matters and Nordkalk Group representants
Provide guidance to Management and managers at all levels.
Develop, implement and update company policies, processes and practices in compliance with labour law and Sigma Rock regulations
Solving employee relations issues within legal and compliance guidelines
Mange employees’ benefits and compensation,
Mange and support employee’s development on all levels, talent management as well as HR communication
Cooperation with Trade Unions
Supervise HR and Payroll team
Our requirements
University master’s degree preferred: HRM, Legal, Psychology or Economics
5-10 years of experience as HR Manager/Director position in industrial companies and international Groups
Strong knowledge of Labour Law
Excellent interpersonal including verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English C1/C2
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR related software systems
