Tasks & responsibilities
- Participate in the transition of HR Direct processes.
- Provide professional support to customers as the first point of contact in HR and administer defined processes following internal and external compliance regulations.
- Support employees via phone or e-mail, including matters with higher complexity, and work with internal and external stakeholders (other HR functions, HRBPs).
- Ensure a splendid employee experience using strong communication skills, social and technical competencies, and strive for continuous improvement of provided services.
- Work on projects and in an environment where targets are used to measure service quality.
- Collaborate with various teams and be responsible for building and maintaining our internal and external knowledge base.
- Own at least one competence center (e.g. Recruiting) and maintain close contact with relevant stakeholders, providing updates or training to the HR Direct team.
About our future employee
You should speak German (min. B2/C1 level) & English (min. B1/B2) and have around 1-4 years of professional experience, preferably in customer support, HR, or related areas. We are also open to considering candidates from other areas of work with a strong willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related areas.
- Strong communication skills, distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, customer orientation, and drive for innovation.
- Positive approach with the ability to generate ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
- Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style.
- Preferably experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, MS Office, ServiceNow, and OpenText or similar systems.
- A background in HR projects is considered an advantage.
