Job Description

Our company is on an exciting growth journey, rapidly expanding our teams and taking on innovative projects to elevate our HR services. We’re building a larger and stronger HR Direct team! This role is open due to our dynamic expansion and the creation of new opportunities within our GBS Center. As we expand our global footprint and take on ambitious HR projects, we need passionate individuals like you to help shape it!

Responsibilities

  • Handling independently all incoming inquiries related to general/specific HR topics as well as providing user support for HR systems
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by advising on complex HR topics via email and telephone, using German and English communication skills
  • Managing and administrating HR processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Working with HRBPs, other HR functions, and external stakeholders to optimize processes and contribute to projects that enhance service quality
  • Maintaining and expanding our internal and external knowledge base to support team efficiency
  • Taking ownership of one of the key areas (e.g., Recruiting) and providing updates, training, and expertise to the HR Direct team
  • Working in an environment where service quality is tracked through clear targets, ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • German (min. C1/B2) and English (min. B2) proficiency
  • Over 2 years of professional experience supporting employees/customers with HR queries
  • Confident demeanor and well-developed written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Completed higher education preferably in HR or related fields
  • Strong empathy, teamwork skills, and a reliable, service-oriented work approach
  • A positive approach, ability to contribute ideas and participate in process optimization within a Speak‑Up culture
  • Proven ability to understand complex issues and processes, and work independently and prioritize within the assigned area
  • Preferred: working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, MS Office, ServiceNow, and OpenText
