Currently we are looking for experienced candidates for a position of a HR Data Insights Analyst within our Global People Data & Analytics organization. This is a fully remote position with global exposure where you would be able to develop and grow within HR Business Intelligence area. You would be working alongside HR leadership on strategic data projects to help deliver our People Strategy in Haleon.
Conceptualize & design HR dashboards & functionalities and collaborate with other analysts & developers to implement them
Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives into specific HR topics to generate actionable insights for senior management
Design rich data visualizations, using them to communicate complex messages to leaders in a simple and clear way
Partner with HR CoE leads, HR Business Leads, HR Business Partners and others to understand their data needs, refine requirements and advise proper methodologies to deliver best in class analytical solutions
Collaborate with tech teams to automate data collection processes, ensure data accuracy, and optimize data infrastructure for HR analytics
Support user adoption activities, user query resolution, lead training sessions and curate user guidelines
Support the build of new BI products or features and resolution of issues e.g. user error, data queries & analysis including execution of data reconciliation activities
Support Product Manager with backlog refinement and prioritization
3-4 years’ experience in HR Analytics/ HR Business Intelligence
Experience in implementing and managing BI solutions using market leading tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, cloud based databases etc.
Experience in working with confidential data and the ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of data privacy principles.
Advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with large volumes of data
Ability to function as a team player within a matrix organization, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands in a timely and appropriate manner.
Agile project management and consulting skills
Fluent communication in English
Experience in workforce reporting from an HRIS application
Experience in working in matrix with tech teams and developing business cases for projects
Ability to deal with multiple projects and deliveries in parallel and manage a broad range of projects and tasks
