Your impact
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst that thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment to join our HR Solutions Team, that can help deploy complex data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. This role is critical in supporting our cross-functional projects, providing robust analysis that supports initiatives like total rewards, inclusion efforts, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle etc. We are seeking someone who is passionate about problem solving, that can design effective strategies, generate actionable insights and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Customer-Centric HR Solutions: Collaborate with team members to create HR products that prioritize the needs and perspectives of HR customers. This involves deeply understanding their requirements, gathering input from various sources, rapidly prototyping solutions, and iteratively refining them to achieve the desired future state. Additionally, manage change and communicate implementation activities effectively.
- Translate and Communicate Data Insights: Convert complex data requirements into easily understandable formats for diverse audiences, including HR teams and business leaders. Create compelling narratives and visual presentations to communicate data findings and recommendations, enabling informed decision-making and fostering a data-driven culture within the HR team.
- Leverage Partnerships and Data Analysis for Strategic Insights: Partner with regional HR teams, Centres of Excellence, and business leaders to gather and analyze HR data. Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, generating regular and ad hoc reports to track progress and highlight insights. Build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships to continuously gather feedback, ideas, and intelligence, ensuring the development and management of effective workforce solutions.
What you will need:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within HR, People Analytics, or a similar field.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills are crucial for pay/scenario modelling, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and data modelling. Together with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration, consulting and partnering skills, along with verbal and written communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
