For our client, an international SSC, we are looking for an HR Data Administration Team Leader who will be responsible for providing operational support and data management services to HR departments. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into HR systems, maintaining data integrity and supporting HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and generate engagement from the team members to achieve targets.
• Ensure all relevant data is accurately captured and updated in selected HR systems used for recording employee lifecycle events.
• Perform regular data audits and validations to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Elaborate and propose annual budget.
• Collaborate with HR Team to resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with Regional HR Managers to understand reporting needs and develop customized reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies while handling sensitive data.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data availability.

Requirements:

• Experience working in HR reporting.
• Team management experience.
• Familarity with HR systems and technology.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in HR transactions and data management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills.
