Role Overview:
As a Customer Advisor with Dutch and English, you will support employees of our clients by answering HR-related queries and providing guidance on HR procedures and employment benefits. You will handle inquiries via phone, webchat, or other communication channels. Topics include salary, pay-slips, onboarding, leave of absence, overtime, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for employees HR-related questions.
- Explain how to use online HR systems.
- Investigate and resolve complex cases.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Excellent Dutch (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
