Anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, and ensures integration with wider group HR strategy
Develop a policy framework for the country/business unit, and oversee its implementation
Supports the development and growth of the business and make sure it is ready for an increase in number of employees
Contributes to the development and implementation of the Group-s HR strategy, policies and instruments
Leads the development of Human Resources frameworks and tools for the country/business unit HR
Social legal relations - responsible for developing the long term approach
Talent pipeline management/ succession planning/career paths and most optimal execution of training & learning in the country/business unit

Management of HR KPI
Initiates, plans, implements and coordinates HR related activities and projects for the country/business unit and ensures proper introduction and implementation of changes in the organization
Ensures that the HR department supports the business with all HR related queries, and acts as a first point of contact for senior management on HR policy issues and strategic and tactical questions, informs them on new developments and identifies trend
Manages the team of local HR experts and team leads (e.g. recruitment and employer branding, social relations, health and safety)
Creates a work environment in which employees are continuously stimulated to develop themselves and to improve their performance
Responsible for an optimal staffing, recruitment activities and employees retention within the department
The Successful Applicant
Master degree in a relevant field
At least 6-10 years of working experience of which at least 5 in a management role
Proven project management skills
Excellent English language skills (verbal/written)
Comprehensive understanding of HR instruments
Extensive knowledge of current trends and practices within HR, locally and internationally
Pro-active, customer focused, analytical skills and result driven
Leadership, seniority and (professional) independence, with a clear and unconditional service orientation towards the business
