Why This Role Matters

As an HR Coordinator with German, you ensure a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle by managing accurate documentation and reliable HR data. Your precision and professionalism support efficient HR operations, consistent service delivery, and a positive employee experience across Goodyear.

What You’ll Do

• Manage HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leave of absence, terminations, reference letters, and employment certificates.
• Maintain and update employee personnel files in line with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Accurately update and maintain employee master data in HR systems such as Workday.
• Support HR Services and HR Business Partners with HR-legal and administrative processes.
• Ensure timelines, accuracy, and compliance in all HR-related tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services.

What You’ll Bring

• 6 months–1 year of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong PC literacy (MS Office required; Workday knowledge is a plus).
• Very good command of English and good proficiency in German (B2+).
• A precise, reliable working style and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
