Key responsibilities:

• Supporting HR operations, including benefits administration (insurance, Multisport cards)
• Supporting the functioning of the HRS team, e.g. archiving personal documents
• Managing and maintaining HR data in various HR systems
• Searching for new solutions in developing benefits, implementing changes 

• Proficiency in Excel
• English at min. B2 level
• Experience working with HR systems
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in an office in Warsaw or Łomianki (min. for the first 3 months of work)
• Willingness to work in a temporary position (employment contract for one year)

• Knowledge of labour law 
• Invoicing skills
• Knowledge of benefits from the Company's Social Benefits Fund
