We are looking for HR Controlling Senior Specialist to contribute to the effective management of human resources within an organization by applying controlling and analytical methodologies, to analyze forecasts and trends, to better predict and budget initiatives, and help in building an engaging workplace.

On this position you will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing analysis for the Headcount Approval Committee process
  2. Participating in the process of headcount planning, monitoring and reviewing with providing gap analysis - budgeting and forecasting Headcount and Staff costs in the Group
  3. Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives (with relation to metrics such as engagement, turn-over, sick leaves)
  4. Providing recommendations for optimizing resource allocation based on cost-benefit analysis
  5. Participating in the budgeting process for all Group entities
  6. Conducting regular forecasting to ensure budget alignment with organizational goals
  7. Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders
  8. Communicating key findings and insights to support strategic decision-making
  9. Preparing intercompany settlements in the staff cost area
  10. Ensuring the quality of data in the systems

We are looking for people who have:

  1. At least 3 - 4 years of experience in controlling gained in large, dynamic organizations, preferably within HR
  2. Ability to forecast and understand macroeconomic phenomena
  3. University degree (i.e. Economics, Finance or Quantitative Methods)
  4. Good command of business English (min. C1)
  5. Ability to explain and present financial data in an accessible way to people at very different levels of management
  6. Advanced data visualization skills and knowledge of tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  7. Knowledge of data analysis tools (Google sheets, Excel incl. Power Query and VBA)
  8. Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL)
