A HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist is responsible for coordinating, generating, and analyzing periodic HR reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to internal stakeholders. The role supports strategic workforce planning, compliance tracking, and budgetary processes by consolidating and interpreting HR and operational data across multiple timeframes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and operational teams are essential.
