About the role

We are looking for a HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist responsible for the preparation, execution, and delivery of recurring and basic ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for 23 Spanish legal entities supported by the HR SSC.
The role requires a high level of data accuracy, consistency, bilingual reporting (English and Spanish), and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.
You will deliver metrics across Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Talent Management (TM) using tools such as SAP BW, SAP Query, Power BI, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver standard HR reports, including FTE, long-term illness, crisis, overtime, strike, and compliance data.
  • Maintain and update recurring dashboards and KPIs in SAP BI, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Execute and maintain SAP BW and SAP Query reports, ensuring coverage of PA, OM, and TM domains.
  • Support audits and mandatory compliance reporting activities.
  • Work closely with the HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist, Service Manager, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Maintain existing reports and support the definition of new basic custom reports.

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Data Analytics, or a related field (Vocational Education Training also considered).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR controlling, reporting, or workforce analytics roles.
  • Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (Neocase, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong command of O365 tools.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP OneHRIS or Oracle.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools: SAP Queries, Power BI, SAP BW/BI, Analysis for Office.
  • Understanding of HR KPIs, workforce planning, and compliance metrics.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is appreciated.
  • Strong time management and reliable deadline adherence.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free reporting.
